Switching to CIMA means an entirely new platform.  It's unnerving to move ahead when your team is unsure what they'll encounter when you get there.

 

Built on a broad-based platform, CIMA may be less suitable for beauty school instructors and students with different learning styles. 

 

And while the platform is different, the chapter-driven lesson design follows the traditional read-watch-do teaching model. This limits your flexibility to develop personalized learning paths that can best support your instructors, engage your students, or meet your evolving curriculum needs and requirements.

Just like any new system, launching CIMA takes a lot of handholding and support.  Since the company is only marginally focused on beauty education, the CIMA staff likely won’t have hands-on beauty curriculum experience —making it difficult for them to anticipate, fully understand or fulfill your onboarding and future support needs.
